Influenza vaccinations  

The effect on a company of losing a large number of employees on sick leave during an influenza epidemic can be very serious.  Annual 'flu vaccinations are strongly recommended for people over 50 years old and those with medical problems. However, most people are pleased  to reduce the likelihood of an unpleasant episode of influenza.

I can arrange to visit your company premises to vaccinate all employees who wish to receive this protection. Vaccines become available by October each year and should ideally be given before December. 

A flu vaccination costs approximately £10 per person and an attendance fee appropriate to the number of employees treated is charged.

Travel and tetanus vaccinations

Advice, vaccinations and malaria tablets are available for business travellers.  It is important that all adults maintain up-to-date tetanus vaccination boosters every ten years.  Not all vaccinations are necessary for very short duration trips where stays are entirely in high quality airconditioned business hotels.

Havrix A offers  protection against Hepatitis A which is endemic in many parts of the world and recommended for all frequent travellers.  Havrix A costs approximately £20 and two doses last 10 years.
